Rick Montoya, Director of Manufacturing for Vivace-SpacetronWith over 30 years in the aerospace industry, Rick Montoya, Director of Manufacturing for Vivace-Spacetron, has worked on projects such as NASA's Hyper-X, the B-1 Bomber, MX missile, Space Shuttle, Airborne Laser (ABL), F-35, and NASA's Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) program with Rocketplane Kistler (RPK). His career started in the nuclear power industry, specializing in welding Nuclear Piping assemblies. He continued to expand his capabilities in welding materials such as titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and bellows assemblies. Since founding Spacetron in 1982, he continues to lead prestigious contracts with his extensive knowledge of managing the operations of aerospace programs from machining and assembly to quality assurance. He has built an extensive supplier network, allowing him to provide exceptional value tailored to the requirements of each challenging program. He also managed the Vivace-Spacetron contract, which was to design, manufacture and test a CVC Transporter for Orbital Sciences' Cygnus program, which will deliver supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) under NASA's COTS program.

Ed Dobkowski, Mission Assurance Director for Vivace-SpacetronEd Dobkowski, Mission Assurance Director for Vivace-Spacetron, has over 44 years of experience in project management and aerospace mission assurance while working for NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), the US Air Force, and Spacetron. His experience includes all project phases, from inception through development to space operations. He has provided disciplined mission assurance on the successful MIRO, AIRS, MLS, and TES satellite instruments, as well as the MER, Ulysses, Voyager, and FAA Voice Switching and Control System Programs. Mr. Dobkowski also supported the NASA COTS program as mission assurance director at Spacetron, which was a supplier of the first stage titanium thrust structure for RPK and was, again, mission assurance director for the CVC Transporter for Orbital Sciences' Cygnus program.

Francis Unson, Project Engineer for Vivace-SpacetronFrancis Unson, Project Engineer for Vivace-Spacetron, has over 15 years in project management, network systems administration, and information technology for the aerospace industry, serving as I.T. communications director for the CVC Transporter for Orbital Sciences' Cygnus program.
